NIOSTUDIO is a private label beverage studio. This site is operated at niostudio.online. If you have any question about this policy or about the information we hold, contact us at hello@niostudio.online.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information that arrives automatically with your request.
When you submit the enquiry form we record: your name, your company name, your email address, your message, and the service package you were viewing if you arrived at the form from one of the package buttons.
Alongside that submission we also record: your IP address, your browser user agent string, the page you came from, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source). We use these to understand where enquiries come from and to limit automated spam.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to understand which of our services people are interested in. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list from the enquiry form alone.
Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database on our hosting provider’s servers. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless you have become a client, in which case normal business record keeping applies.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies if you log in to the site as an administrator.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@niostudio.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
