Yes. Before anything is produced you receive visuals of your product, so you can see exactly how the finished bottle will look. Decisions are much easier to make in front of a mockup than in front of a spec sheet.

Yes. Nothing goes to production without your written approval. Changes to design, format or specification are straightforward right up to final sign-off. Once production begins, changes become limited, which is exactly why the approval stage matters.
